About this grant
The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a program to advance peace process prospects by positioning Ethnic Resistance Organizations (EROs), civil society, and state-level actors as credible, unified, and community-backed participants in future peace negotiations.
