About this grant

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking. This opportunity supports jurisdictions in developing and expanding a multidisciplinary, collaborative task force approach to better respond to human trafficking through increased victim identification, service provision, and case investigations.

Eligibility

This NOFO requires each lead applicant to submit their entity’s application separately in Grants.gov and JustGrants (one application submitted by an eligible lead law enforcement agency and one application submitted by an eligible lead victim service organization). Partnering law enforcement and victim services applicants are expected to submit identical proposal narratives and separate and distinct budgets.
