About this grant
The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a program to aim to strengthen accountability for human rights abuses committed by organized crime groups in Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
