DRL Ensuring Resilient Seafood Supply Chains: Countering Forced Labor and any associated Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing

This program will counter forced labor in seafood supply chains associated with countries that have signed Agreements on Reciprocal Trade (ART) in East Asia and the Pacific (excluding Indonesia and the Philippines) and the Western Hemisphere, as well as other strategically important countries and prospective ART partners where engagement advances U.S. economic, trade, and maritime interests.

The following organizations are eligible to apply: • U.S.-based non-profit organizations/nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) • Foreign organizations/NGOs • Private or public institutions of higher education • For-profit organizations or businesses
